The Chelsea transfer window has most certainly picked up the pace in recent days and with many emotions flying around on Twitter, the reliable Matt Law from The Telegraph has given us the latest.
The first thing Law says is that negotiations with Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt are “progressing” and that he is “eager” to join Chelsea.
This is because Juventus has “softened” its expectations recently, and a potential trade including Timo Werner or Christian Pulisic is on the table.
The backup center-back Nathan Ake, is a player in whom Chelsea is quite interested. According to reports, Chelsea will likely have to pay “more than” £4 million to acquire the player. Additionally, the team is still “eager” on acquiring Jules Kounde from Sevilla.
