Dundee United have agreed the permanent signing of Manchester United midfielder Dylan Levitt, according to Football Insider.
The 21-year-old has been given the green light to leave Old Trafford after starring on loan at Tannadice last season.

United have agreed a £300,000 fee with Dundee United and Levit has agreed on personal terms.
